Project no.4 - LONG WINDOW HOUSE
The idea for this project was to create a contemporary house with a full program and explore design options specif to the site.

In principle, we create a budget according to the brief and our design intention. we want to achieve the exploration of contemporary design and careful finishes selection without trimming the budget.
The design needs to reflect innovation, creativity without crossing our budget limits.

Project no.5 - MOSES RESIDENCE
This house was the result of a proposal made to a client that wanted to sell the stand without developing. The challenge was to demonstrate that we could achieve the program wanted and that the budget was going to be respected.
This coastal house has serve proof of our responsibility and attention to the financial constrains.

The design stands out from the village where is located, it embraces the surrounding nature and offers total privacy from the adjacent streets.
​
For a summer house it was fundamental to explore with different textures, colors and volumes to adapt the same way to the surrounding nature.
